Current and former students may need to request their records or transcripts for college applications, scholarships or future job prospects. Please continue to this link to find out more about Transcripts.
Dual Enrollment is designed to help students enhance their education by pursuing academic opportunities not offered at Green Hope High School. Students should turn in the appropriate paperwork below to Student Services PRIOR to taking the courses. Failure to do so could result in not receiving credit for the course. Please continue to this link to our Dual Enrollment form which includes the WCPSS policy. If the Dual Enrollment opportunity is through North Carolina Virtual Publiic Schools (NCVPS), please complete the NCVPS form, as well as the Dual Enrollment form. Please return the completed forms to Student Services for processing. Please read the document below for more important information about Dual Enrollment/NCVPS.
sCHOLARSHIP interest Form
GPA/RANK REQUEST FORM
Students can request their current GPA and rank within their class at Green Hope High School through Student Services. Please note: Class rank for current freshman, sophomores and juniors will have a rank that is a Latin designation. Additionally, the GPA is based on final grades earned at the end of each with semester. Rank is run based on the weighted GPA four times per year; at the beginning, mid-year, senior honors (3rd quarter) and final rank. Students, please come to Student Services for this form.
Late Arrival/Early Release- Seniors Only
Seniors who want to pursue outside opportunities, such as job-shadowing, part-time jobs or internships can request to have a reduced schedule for their senior year. Student Services strongly encourages senior students to contact the Admissions Office of your choice college/university directly to determine if a reduced schedule has an impact on an admission decision before completing this form. Mid Year Graduation / Early Graduation Form - Seniors and Juniors Only
Students who have enough credits have the option to apply to graduate Mid Year, in January of their senior year or to Early graduate, one year early in their junior year. Please continue to this link to download the Mid Year / Early Graduation Form. In order to have adequate time for processing, this form must be submitted to Student Services in August of the impacted year, before school starts or during registration the year prior.
Senior Packet- Seniors Only
In order to complete a thorough counselor recommendation, Student Services requests that seniors complete a Senior Packet and submit it to their caseload counselor in Student Services. Please continue to this link to download the Senior Packet. In order to have adequate time for processing transcripts and constructing recommendations, students must submit requests to Student Services/individual counselors three weeks PRIOR to a college/scholarship deadline.
Senior Quick Reference Guide- Seniors Only
This information was presented to parents at the Senior Parent Night (held in August) and to students in the Senior Conferences, held in September. Students can find quick information on SAT/ACT resources, important dates/deadlines, requesting transcripts/test scores and much more. Please continue to this link to download the Senior Quick Reference Guide. In order to have adequate time for processing transcripts and constructing recommendations, students must submit requests to Student Services/individual counselors three weeks PRIOR to a college/scholarship deadline.
